Ireland||Dublin
My Previous post was all about the UK and now its time to see what else is on offer, so the next stop on our travels is IRELAND... and what better way to start then with its amazing Capital City Dublin.
Dublin has loads of great places to eat, drink and see. Firstly I would like to share with you a few great city attractions which will make your trip to Dublin extra special, whether its a spontaneous trip alone of with a special someone, Dublin really does offer lots for everyone.
The one place I think of when I think of Ireland is drinking. It is a well known cultural fact that the people of Ireland love their Guniess, so why not immerse yourself in the Irish culture by visiting a local Irish pub and trying one of their local delicacies. The one pub I recommend is 'The Brazen Head' this pub which claims to be the oldest running pub in Ireland (established in 1198) and is a great place to come if you want to get involved in the traditional Irish pub experience on your trip.
If you are a bit more girly (like myself) and don't fancy drinking in the pub, then leave the boys to do their thing and you and the girls can go off for a spot of shopping, lunch and cocktails. Dublin really does have everything in one city and is great for shopping.
Dublin is known for being a very fashionable and young city so there are lots of shops which will keep you a cut above the rest when it comes to fashion. One of the main shopping centre's in town is the Stephen Green's shopping centre, It offers all your usual high street clothes shops and food outlets as well as some more upmarket department stores and is very near to lots of other retail places so you can browse until your feet drop off!!

Why not treat the girls to a tasty lunch and a couple of cocktails?. A really great place to do this is at 'The Morgan', this venue is everything all rolled into one. Situated in a very glamorous hotel in Dublin city you can dine here and drink many cocktails inside the hotel itself or outside on the terrace roof where the view of Dublin could not be greater. So there we have a few ideas of places you could eat and drink in Dublin. If you know any other great suggestions please let me know below.
