2020: Stay Home, Save Lives & Thank the NHS

It has nearly been a whole year since my last blog post and my oh my what a whirlwind that last year has been!

You will probably be reading this blog post not from your work place, on your train commute or from a swanky coffee shop in the heart of central London but hopefully from the comfort of your own home, because unless you have been living under a rock for the past couple of months you will know that we (in the UK) are still locked in the midst of a global pandemic which has rocked the entire world called Covid 19!

It has ruined businesses and families from last December, and life as we know it has changed dramatically- shops and businesses across the global have shut down and we have been ordered on a lock down.

This blog post is a tribute to everyone affected by this awful virus, including those who have lost their jobs, homes & most importantly family members. I also want to make a special mention to our amazing NHS here in the UK for their wonderful hard work and care they are providing for us all to keep us safe! You truly are heroes and we wouldn't have saved half as many people as we have without you.

I will hopefully be blogging a bit more now we are still in lockdown, and would love to hear what you have all been up to- a year is an extremely long time so we have lots of catch up on!

Please remember to stay at home and continue to stay safe and save lives. I wish you and your families all well and we will beat this and come out stronger on the other side.
